Hey, it’s me again!
I can hardly believe that I only have 9 DAYS left before leaving home to start on my World Race Gap Year!! It’s crazy!! I know the time will go by in a flash, so I’m struggling to stay stress-free. My current prayer is that I’d use the remaining time wisely — staying productive, staying rested, and making the most of the time I have left with my family. Join me in prayer that I wouldn’t let stress take over!
With me leaving in 9 days, I still need to raise $10 more by TODAY before I’m cleared to launch!! Would you be willing to donate $10 so I can launch on September 2nd and to support everything God is going to do through my squad and I? I’d ask you to prayerfully consider supporting me on this journey. If you don’t feel like you can make a difference, you’re wrong! Even just $10 a month would make an impact!
Once I meet the $7,500 launch goal, I will still need to raise $2,500 further by October 15th in order to continue with my gap year. My next deadlines are $12,000 by November 15th, $14,000 by December 15th, and I’ll need to have the full $15,800 raised by January 15th. I am so thankful for the support I have had so far, and I am placing my trust in God for making this whole adventure happen! There’s no way I can do it on my own.
With that being said, I’d like to offer up a fundraising opportunity. I’ve partnered with an app called Klink Fundraising. It’s super simple, and it’s an easy way to help support me with minimal sacrifice on your part! It works by rounding up credit and debit card purchases to support my fundraising goal! You’ll never donate more than 99 cents at a time, and you’ll be supporting my mission by purchasing everything you normally would. All you have to do is download the app on your phone, set up an account, enter my name and select my campaign (Shanan Zavocki: Shanan’s World Race Gap Year), and set up your bank account securely! This fundraising method works best over a longer period of time because it doesn’t cost much, so I’d ask you to pray about it. The more people join their cents together, the more it propels me to meet my deadlines! Every little bit helps!
