I can't believe I'm writing these words - I'm fully-funded!

All glory to God, I became fully-funded on the evening of February 1st, 2021. The super cool thing is that Gabby and Nick, the other two remaining fundraising squadmates, also became fully-funded on the same day as me!

The fundraising process took so long, but now I can see how clearly God's timing was in it all.

Through the two weeks or so of fundraising, my other fundraising squadmates and I (Nick dubbed us "team money") had the really cool opportunity to explore the little town of Parramos. We made friends with a cool guy who works at a thrift shop there, and we became very familiar with the town. We also had a unique opportunity to grow closer in unity with each other, all while trusting in the Lord's provision and timing.

And, the last 200-300ish dollars of my fundraising amount, was covered at least three times over - my parents offered to cover it the next morning if no one else donated, and then when I checked, my amazing, sweet, generous mentor had covered the last amount - and the next morning, I found out that a squadmate's dad had offered the cover the remaining amount as well. What?!

After all this time, God knew the perfect plan, and he made sure I was taken care of at just the right moment - three times over.

This experience is such proof to me that waiting for God's timing is the right decision. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, but in the end, He always knows the right way for things to work out.

So, this is a HUGE thank you to all of you who have supported me along this crazy journey!

I couldn't have done it without your faithful partnership, and I know God will honor your generosity and faith. I don't know exactly what the future will hold, but I am oh so grateful for you all hanging on for the ride.

I can't wait to continue updating y'all as I embrace the next few months on my world race!
